Sports and Workouts 7-6-13

Today's sports and workouts post is about tennis. I played all 4 years in high school and I love it!
It's a great workout and it doesn't even feel like one :) it tones and gets you going while having fun cuz no one likes a boring workout, right? ;) plus you can play with a few friends!
You don't even have to play traditional tennis either...there are drills and games you can do for fun and to build your skill and theirs :)
So what are you waiting for? Get a racket, a few tennis balls, some friends and get to the court!!

So till next time (aka tomorrow) get off the couch, find something to do and have fun :D
